All orders must be placed by the specified deadlines for each delivery window. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Payment terms will be agreed upon between One Ocean USA and the buyer prior to the first order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4. Product Quality & Returns

We are committed to delivering the highest quality seafood. All products are inspected and temperature-controlled throughout the supply chain. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
